    About Us Sandridge Crafted Foods, headquartered in Medina, Ohio, is a family-owned leader in the fresh prepared foods industry.With over 60 years of culinary excellence, we specialize in crafting chef-inspired dishes—from deli salads and soups to grain bowls and sous vide proteins—using innovative techniques like High Pressure Processing (HPP), kettle cooking, and sous vide. We’re looking for a Senior FSQA Manager who lives and breathes food safety and knows how to make quality assurance more than just a checklist. Responsibilities: • Leadership in Action: Direct and support cross-functional food safety and quality assurance teams across multiple shifts and departments, fostering a high-performance culture and upholding top-tier standards. • Compliance Ownership: Ensure full adherence to regulatory and certification requirements (HACCP, SQF, GMPs, etc.), driving a culture of proactive compliance and continuous excellence. • Audit Readiness Expert: Serve as the primary point of contact for all audits—customer, third-party, and regulatory—maintaining a constant state of preparedness and excellence. • Root Cause Specialist: Lead investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints using thorough root cause analysis, implementing long-term, sustainable corrective actions. • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Analyze microbiological data, trends, and key performance indicators to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Partner closely with Operations, R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout every stage of production and delivery. • Program Development & Oversight: Manage and enhance programs related to allergen control, sanitation, traceability, and product recall, ensuring they are robust and effective. • Quality Culture Champion: Promote and embed a strong culture of food safety and quality across the organization, making it a core component of daily operations—not just a written policy. Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table Must-Haves: • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in a food manufacturing quality and safety role. • HACCP certified, SQF Practitioner, PCQI—you’ve got the credentials, and you know how to use them. • You’ve led teams before and know how to bring out the best in people. • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, GFSI) and how they apply on the floor. • You communicate clearly, act decisively, and aren’t afraid of a little (or a lot of) responsibility. Nice-to-Haves: • Experience in ready-to-eat, refrigerated, or perishable food production. • Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement chops. • Bonus points if you’re bilingual (Spanish/English). Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
