    What You’ll Own

    • Design elevated executive-facing presentations for C-suite meetings, Town Halls, and enterprise-wide communications
    • Create and maintain visually engaging content across SharePoint, Microsoft Viva Engage, LinkedIn, email, and internal digital channels
    • Capture, edit, and produce video, photography, and motion-based content for internal campaigns and leadership storytelling
    • Translate communication strategies into clear, compelling visual narratives that drive employee engagement
    • Ensure consistency across all internal creative assets while upholding brand standards and visual identity
    • Apply accessibility and inclusive design best practices, including WCAG principles
    • Partner cross-functionally with Communications, HR, and leadership teams to support major campaigns and business initiatives
    • Build and maintain templates, design systems, and toolkits to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail

    What Makes You a Strong Fit

    • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or visual communications within corporate or agency environments
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating executive-facing presentations, internal communications, and visual storytelling
    • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and digital engagement platforms
    • Experience with video production, photography, and motion graphics
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate ideas into visual concepts
    • Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization capabilities
    • Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
    • Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Compensation
    $70,000-$75,000 per year
