Your Role with the Company
The Sr. Health Consulting Actuary (Taft-Hartley) will lead and support Health & Group Benefits engagements, managing complex client projects and relationships while delivering actuarial and strategic guidance on plan design, financials, benefit strategy, and vendor selection/management.
This role will oversee end-to-end marketing and vendor searches across all coverage lines while contributing to business development and prospect presentations.
The Sr. Health Consulting Actuary (Taft-Hartley) will focus on the review and refinement of analysis and reports produced by the actuarial team, ensuring rigorous project tracking and peer review.
This role is entrusted to prepare and present results and recommendations to clients for consideration.
