    Shift: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    Hours: 6 hours straight

    Time Zone: Texas Time (CST)

    Pay: $23 - $25 per hour As per experience.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Recruiter with hands-on experience in WIW (Who’s In Workforce) software. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities, including high-volume recruiting, scheduling, and communication with candidates and clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

    Familar with WIW software/ recruiter/ emails/ prompt with work/skillful/ excel/word- able to juggle schedules

    Utilize WIW software effectively to track candidates, submissions, and placements

    Communicate professionally with candidates via email, phone, and messaging platforms

    Draft, send, and manage high-volume recruitment emails and follow-ups

    Coordinate and juggle multiple interview schedules across different time zones

    Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines

    Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to meet client requirements

    Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role

    Strong knowledge of WIW software (Who’s In Workforce)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially email communication)

    Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

    Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in healthcare or staffing industry (if applicable)

    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
