    The Opportunity:

    We are looking for a Sr Business Analyst / IT Product Owner to drive transformation across our global logistics, transportation, and warehouse management ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of technology and operations, **** owning critical initiatives such as Transportation Management System (TMS) **** modernization, end-to-end logistics visibility, and warehouse execution optimization.

    You will work hands-on with distribution centers while partnering with supply chain teams to deliver scalable, high-impact technology solutions.

    What Your Impact Will Be:

    Product Ownership & Strategy

    • Act as Product Owner for logistics and warehouse technology initiatives
    • Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with global supply chain strategy
    • Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions
    • Own backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery outcomes

    Transportation Management & Execution

    • Lead TMS replacement, modernization, and optimization programs, design, and global rollout
    • Define requirements for future-state transportation capabilities:
    • Routing optimization and load planning
    • Carrier integration and onboarding
    • Track & trace / real-time transportation visibility
    • Freight audit, payment, and settlement

    Collaborate with freight, customs, and logistics operations teams to streamline transportation execution. Also closely work with implementation partners and internal tech teams to complete project in time.

    Warehouse & Fulfillment Optimization

    • Partner with DC teams to improve:
      • Picking, packing, shipping, and returns
      • DTC and B2B fulfillment flows
      • Value-added services (VAS) and reverse logistics
    • Identify automation and efficiency opportunities (RF, robotics, AMRs, etc.)
    • Define requirements work closely with architects and delivery teams. Act as single point of contact for IT team.

    Systems & Integration

    • Own functional design across systems including:
      • WMS (Blue Yonder / BYWMS)
      • TMS platforms, InforNexus, E2Open or similar
      • ERP, DOM, Salesforce, AS400/iSeries
    • Collaborate with engineering and middleware teams on:
      • API integrations
      • Data flows and system interactions
      • Legacy system modernization

    Delivery & Execution

    • Gather and define requirements (user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria)
    • Drive SIT/UAT testing , defect triage, and release readiness
    • Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business outcomes
    • Support global rollouts and post-go-live stabilization

    Operations & Continuous Improvement

    • Act as a bridge between warehouse operations and IT
    • Support production issues, root cause analysis, and performance improvements
    • Leverage data and reporting to drive decision-making and visibility
    • Continuously identify and implement process improvements
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 5+ years in Business Analysis / Product Ownership in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse systems
    • Strong domain expertise in:
      • Warehouse operations
      • Transportation & logistics execution
    • Proven experience with:
      • TMS implementation or replacement programs (InforNexus and 3PLs)
      • WMS platforms (preferably Blue Yonder)
      • Complex system integrations (ERP, legacy, APIs)
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (JIRA, Confluence)

    Technical & Functional Skills

    • Strong understanding of:
      • DTC & B2B fulfillment models
      • Transportation lifecycle (planning → execution → settlement)
      • Warehouse execution systems & RF/mobile solutions
    • Experience with data & analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.)
    • Familiarity with integration architectures and middleware platforms

    Leadership & Impact

    • Ability to operate as a product leader , not just a requirements gatherer
    • Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, and external vendors
    • Proven ability to drive global, cross-functional initiatives
    • Hands-on mindset with comfort working in warehouse/DC environments

    *The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
