Sr. IT Product Owner – FinTech (Financial Services)

Are you an experienced IT Product Manager with a passion for building next-generation financial technology solutions? Our client, a leader in the financial services and FinTech industry, is seeking a product manager to drive strategy, execution, and delivery of digital products across payments, lending, and compliance technology.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and developers to deliver scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant financial platforms. The ideal candidate brings a blend of enterprise-level financial systems experience and startup agility, along with a solid understanding of the Microsoft development stack (.NET, Azure, SQL Server, Power BI, Dynamics 365).

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the product roadmap for FinTech initiatives within financial services.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and technical deliverables for development teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Partner with engineering teams using Microsoft technologies to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize product performance and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in FinTech or financial services.
• Proven experience in both enterprise and startup environments.
• Experienced with Microsoft’s .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and Power BI stack.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience in digital banking, lending technology, or regulatory tech (RegTech) is a plus.
