    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our organization’s daily operations.

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective methods and strategies.
    • Must have strong customer facing skills
    • Must be able to coordinate with external customers.
    • Must have experience/background working in an ETL/BI/Data warehouse environment.
    • He/she will have strong oral & written communication skills to deal with business users on a regular basis.
    • Well-versed with tickets and triage process
    • Strong soft skills and communication skills are essential
