Compensation:

Pay: $30–$40/hour (based on experience) + Performance Bonus

Total Compensation: $62K–$150K+ (Top performers can earn $150K+)

Base pay is paid for 40 hrs per week work irrespective of volume of work (BiWeekly pay)

Earn $70K–$150K working on EV chargers, smart homes, and high-end residential service — no new construction, no seasonal layoffs, and consistent year-round work.

This role is for electricians who can diagnose problems, communicate clearly with homeowners, present options, and deliver a 5-star customer experience.

🧠 WHAT YOU’LL DO

Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installation

Install and service:

EV chargers (Level 2 and future-ready systems)

Smart home systems (lighting, switches, automation, hubs)

Electrical panels, surge protection, and upgrades

Troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently and safely

Present repair and upgrade options to homeowners with clear pricing

Deliver a professional, customer-first service experience

Use company systems (iPad/ServiceTitan) for documentation

Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and job site

Take initiative to stay productive during gaps in the schedule by supporting light local marketing efforts, customer follow-ups, or community engagement activities that help grow the business

📅 A TYPICAL DAY*

Run 2–4 residential service calls

Diagnose issues and present solutions

Complete repairs or installations same-day when possible

Work independently while supported by dispatch and operations

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

Must Have:

8+ years residential electrical experience

Active Journeyman Electrician License (required)

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners

Comfortable working independently in a service environment

Preferred:

EV charger installation experience

Smart home / automation experience

Low voltage / networking experience

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar systems

🕒 WORK SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday (Typical: 7 AM – 5 PM)

Some evenings/weekends based on demand

This role requires:
