About the Role:

• The firm handles complex securities litigation on behalf of shareholders – including field security shareholder class actions.

• Work model: Primarily hourly billable and contingency-based work.

• The firm has more referral business than it can handle

• Looking to invest in a strong junior-to-mid-level litigator with excellent writing and research skills.

• The ideal candidate has a Big Law litigation background (not transactional) or experience as an Assistant U.S. Attorney.

• Securities litigation experience is required – strong litigation skills are key.

• Experience Level: 6–10 years

• Compensation:

  • $200K–$250K base salary for candidates with

  • Generous bonuses

  • Potential for a small percentage of profit for standout performers

• Benefits:
