We are seeking a skilled Machinist to support precision manufacturing operations involving CNC machining, stamping dies, and custom tooling. This role requires strong familiarity with GD&T, precision measurement, and hands-on experience working with both manual and CNC equipment.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC lathes, mills, and related machinery to produce high-precision components
Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T to ensure dimensional accuracy
Set up and use fixtures, gages, and specialized tooling for machining processes
Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection equipment
Support the maintenance and fabrication of stamping dies and tooling assemblies
Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to refine manufacturing methods
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a machining or tool & die environment
Proficiency in CNC operations and blueprint reading
Solid understanding of GD&T and precision measurement techniques
Experience working with stamping dies is a plus
Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
Preferred:
Formal training in machining or manufacturing technology
Familiarity with CAD/CAM or CNC programming
