- Anticipated salary: $34-$36/hour.

- Working 2-2-3 schedule (12 hours shifts), every other weekend off (3 days)
Responsibilities
- Respond to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including vibration analysis and PM compliance.
- Mentor junior technicians and apprentices, providing on-the-job training.
- Support TPM activities, training operators and participating in kaizen events.
- Lead root cause analyses and document findings in CMMS.
- Assist with SMED/changeovers and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
- Journeyman electrical or millwright certification strongly preferred.
- 11-15 years maintenance experience (or 7-10 with degree) in high-speed manufacturing.
- Proficiency in legacy assembly equipment, CMMS (e.g., Hippo/MaintainX), and diagnostic tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to read schematics and PLC logic.
- Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, work in confined spaces, and handle 24/7 shifts.
