    Job Description

    The Sr Manager, AI Solutions will be an expert on all products within their designated space. They will lead a team of product owners and specialists, guiding them to develop cross-functional designs and build any current or new products within this space. The Manager will execute a strategic vision for their area and be a thoughtful and experienced leader, responsible for defining and prioritizing requirements. They will also be able to communicate our business partners' strategic vision in a planned product roadmap. Additionally, the Manager will participate in large initiatives and SWAT teams that tackle major problems within the organization, which may turn into larger, more complex projects or initiative.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership & Development:

    • Team Building & Mentorship: As the team leader, you will be responsible for guiding team members, setting strategy and product deliverables, and monitoring progress towards those goals.
    • Product Management: Develop and lead a long-term vision and strategy across all products, define and maintain product roadmaps and product integration strategy, and balance internal requirements with client requests and priorities.
    • Cross-functional Influence: Engage with multiple clients, business units, and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into product features and capabilities for internal development by our engineering partners.
    • Communication: Create and present documentation to external and internal business partners where necessary, execute periodic product demos and walk-throughs for client product teams and internal leadership, and take a leadership role in leading a team of product owners and specialists.

    AI Agents (AI Product Focus):

    • End-to-End Product Development: Lead the development of AI agents, from concept and design through implementation, ensuring they are scalable, adaptive, and aligned with business objectives.
    • Client-Centric Design: Partner with client-facing teams to understand customer use cases, ensuring that conversational agents meet the needs of both external customers and internal stakeholders. Focus on enhancing user engagement, self-service capabilities, and operational efficiency.
    • Scalability & Global Integration: Ensure the deployment of AI agents at scale, across different regions, languages, and customer touchpoints.

    Insights & Analytics (AI Product Focus):

    • AI-Driven Insights: Build AI-powered analytics products that provide real-time, actionable insights to various business units, including operations, and content teams. Ensure that analytics solutions help drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. Identify and pursue GenAI driven solutions adapting Business Intelligence to the future.
    • Data Democratization: Lead the development of self-service AI analytics tools that enable different teams to access insights without needing deep technical expertise, empowering them to make informed decisions.
    • KPIs & Performance Measurement: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI analytics products. Use data insights to inform ongoing product development and business strategy.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
    • 7+ years of related professional experience with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present the results with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • 3+ years of product management experience in media and marketing measurement, gathering client requirements, writing product and/or technical specifications, working with development teams, and managing product roadmaps as well as launches.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven expertise in developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture
    • Analytical skills to present to create analyses that tell a “story” focused on insights and data
    • Understanding and ability to deliver trend and data analytics, ability to provide meaningful analysis
    • Ability to gather and comprehend requirements and challenges across all levels of the business which can be assisted by data analytics
    • Ability to convey complex technical issues internally to both technical and non-technical individuals
    • Experience with AWS, Snowflake SQL, and Tableau

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Strong understanding of AI, LLM’s, NLP, machine learning algorithms, and big data analytics.
    • Hands-on experience with AI platforms, cloud services, and analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, AWS, or Google Cloud).
    • Expertise in the SDLC process, with a focus on scoping, iteration planning, user story and acceptance criteria writing, rollout management.
    • Experience with systems integration, data governance, and security compliance
    • Experience with Agile methodology and project management tool such as Jira

    Additional Requirements:

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
