Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Data & AI, Energy is responsible for managing and leading high performing teams responsible for extracting vast data sets and transforming those insights into new revenue generating products and strategic solutions.
Essential Functions
- Support the development of strategic business roadmaps by collaborating with business leaders to identify and prioritize use cases, coordinate execution across teams, track progress, and report updates to leadership.
- Provide guidance to a team of business strategists and analysts focused on delivering end-to-end data analytics to support enterprise growth and decision-making.
- Promote the adoption of data enablement solutions by leveraging analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies to meet business needs.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of data-driven products and services aligned with stakeholder requirements.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of digital tools and solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and addressing complex business challenges using data and advanced analytics.
- Support change management efforts by fostering organizational buy-in, addressing concerns, facilitating training, and communicating roadmaps for new tools and technologies.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to help identify innovative solutions that deliver business value.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for data initiatives, and support continuous improvement through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with data and software partners to align their capabilities with internal use cases and ensure delivery of valuable features.
- Model behaviors that reflect the company’s core values and commitment to supporting guests and team members.
- Ensure team activities comply with relevant rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
