    The Opportunity

    Join Adobe's SOX team as Senior Manager. Lead global controls, ensure financial accuracy, and improve SOX compliance. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring SOX Compliance for Adobe’s business processes and collaborating closely with our IT SOX team and business teams across the Company to assess and improve our processes and controls within an evolving landscape. You will have a leadership role ensuring our SOX program is world-class, modern, and scalable.

    What you'll Do

    • Lead the end-to-end planning, scoping, risk assessment, controls testing, remediation, and reporting
    • Collaborate with internal collaborators and the external audit team to coordinate walkthroughs and control testing
    • Monitor and drive timely remediation of control deficiencies and suggest improvements to strengthen internal controls
    • Provide mentorship and training to control owners to promote awareness and understanding of SOX compliance requirements
    • Stay updated on changes in SOX requirements, technology, automation, and leading practices for risk management and implement changes to the program strategy
    • Be plugged into the business operations of the Company to ensure the program changes with the business
    • Lead, develop, grow, and deliver results through a team of audit professionals

    What you need to succeed

    • Over 8 years leading public company audits, Big 4 background preferred; Expertise in crafting, testing controls for compliance. CPA preferred.
    • Experience with SOX 404, the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) framework, and risk management
    • Set clear expectations and manage priorities for the program and the team
    • Ability to build strong, positive relationships across the business
    • Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to appropriately scale messaging to explain technical issues in a non-technical way to partners, including senior leadership
    • Proven ability to drive alignment and action across collaborators; hold our team and collaborators accountable for results
    • Be highly organized and have strong project management abilities
    • Proven strong EQ, positive energy

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $107,500 -- $225,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
