    Leading global consumer products company is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement, Sourcing & Vendor Management at their global headquarters in Los Angeles who will play a pivotal role in transforming how sourcing and vendor relationships are managed across the enterprise.

    This is a high-impact leadership opportunity that combines procurement strategy, vendor oversight, and data intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vendor management, procurement operations, and building advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

    RESPONSIBILITES

    • Lead and develop a high-performing vendor and data management team, setting clear priorities and performance goals.

    • Oversee the development and implementation of robust vendor management strategies aligned with business objectives.

    • Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance and service excellence.

    • Define and track vendor performance through KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards that assess financial, customer, and growth metrics.

    • Create interactive dashboards and advanced reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to surface insights and drive accountability.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Finance, Legal, Operations, and Sourcing to optimize procurement and vendor processes.

    • Leverage technology to centralize vendor information and automate data capture for continuous process improvement.

    • Conduct market scans to identify innovative vendor solutions that support long-term growth and operational efficiency.

    • Own end-to-end resolution of complex vendor challenges, from issue identification to resolution tracking.

    • Monitor vendor commitments, audit schedules, reporting timelines, and invoice reconciliation activities.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

    • 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including 6-8+ years in direct vendor or procurement management roles.

    • Experience in team leadership or people management.

    • Strong negotiation and contract management expertise, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance.

    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize financial and operational data into actionable insights.

    • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (minimum 5 years’ experience).

    • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

    • Deep understanding of vendor data governance, performance metrics, and market benchmarking.
