    The Opportunity

    Drive the strategy and execution of a premium, scalable enablement experience that empowers our sales organization. As a senior leader, you will architect the learner-facing UI and platform infrastructure that delivers high-impact training and tools. Partner across functions to implement a seamless platform strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and deliverables. Your leadership will define how we enable our teams, setting a new standard for excellence and innovation in sales readiness!

    What you'll Do

    • Fulfill responsibilities as a team/people leader through regular check-ins, 1:1s, team meetings, awards, merit, succession planning, resource management, and continuous evaluation of team happiness.
    • Manage the entire strategy and execution of the Revenue Enablement Platform, encompassing vendor selection, integration planning, and operation.
    • Act as the main connection between Enablement leaders, senior collaborators, internal "customers," and internal partners, aligning platform capabilities with business needs and learner experience goals.
    • Define and evolve the learner journey across personas (e.g., new hires, managers, enablement teams) using data-driven insights and AI-enhanced personalization.
    • Inspire change management and adoption strategies, including collaborating with customers, training, and communication plans for global rollout.
    • Coordinate platform governance, content migration, and taxonomy alignment to ensure consistency, discoverability, and scalability.
    • Manage cross-functional workstreams and vendor relationships, ensuring delivery against roadmap achievements and success metrics.
    • Lead and develop the Enablement Experience team, comprised of full-time and contractor resources, ensuring alignment with FRE.

    What you need to succeed

    • Proven success leading large-scale platform transformations in enterprise environments, with a focus on enablement, learning, or customer education.
    • Deep understanding of learning ecosystems, including LMS, CRM, content management, and AI-powered personalization tools.
    • Demonstrates strong program management and change leadership skills, with the ability to influence across matrixed teams and executive collaborators.
    • Familiarity with assessing vendors, managing RFP processes, and coordinating integration strategies.
    • Ability to synthesize complex requirements into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
    • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills to drive alignment and encourage adoption across global teams.
    • Proven management background with both direct and indirect teams.
    • Experience in enterprise organizations with matrixed teams.
    • Strong analytical background, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
    • Adept at problem-solving and using influencing, relationship, teamwork, and emotional intelligence skills to resolve roadblocks.
    • Ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity.
    • Established collaborator with the initiative to lead, take on new challenges, and act as a subject matter expert across the organization.
    • Knowledge of Adobe's businesses, products, and their use across customer segments is desired.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $129,500 -- $229,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
