The Film and TV Studios consists of the operations to produce, acquire, market and distribute live action and animated entertainment worldwide in various media formats for theatrical, home entertainment, television and other distribution platforms. The Film & TV Studio Security team sits under the CIO’s Office and acts as a security and technical liaison for the studio, working with our corporate Content and Cyber security partners along with businesses across the organization to securely manage our content and other sensitive assets.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Studio Security to drive strategic improvements across the Studio Group. This role will focus on defining and executing a strategic roadmap, leading a portfolio of security projects, and managing a range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to manage projects through completion, and experience creating executive-level updates. This role is designed for someone who can help shape approaches and roadmaps, drive improvement programs, and improve the overall security stature inside the Studio Group. We’re looking for someone who can influence without authority, foster trust, and drive meaningful security outcomes through clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.

This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 (bonus eligible)
