    About the role:

    Generative and agentic AI are dramatically changing marketing and creative workflows, and forcing organizations to re-think their Content Supply Chains. Adobe’s Firefly Enterprise Solutions is at the forefront of re-defining how enterprises can scale enterprise-grade content with AI to fuel global marketing efforts without sacrificing quality, brand integrity and customer trust.

    We are seeking a highly skilled Strategist to join our Portfolio Marketing team and lead our thought leadership efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for defining our thought leadership strategy, designing the research, crafting the content, and developing strategies to scale it through internal and external channels, in collaboration with Adobe’s marketing and communications teams.

    This is a highly visible role, and we are looking for a strategist with the ability to influence the organization, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver results . A successful applicant will thrive in collaborative, cross-functional efforts, and in using past experiences, research, and key takeaways from working with customers, field teams and analysts to develop a unique and differentiated perspective for Adobe.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research and gain first-hand knowledge to understand needs, trends, and competitive landscape in emerging categories we operate in. Synthesize insights to inform thought leadership, product, GTM, and marketing strategies.

    • Develop a detailed thought leadership strategy focused on senior executive audiences, aiming to generate awareness of our position and differentiators in the categories we occupy.

    • Produce original research on key trends and topics of importance and author compelling presentations and whitepapers that resonate with senior executives tied to Adobe’s GTM.

    • Help define narratives, research approaches and desired outputs by working closely with BU, sales and marketing teams. Manage vendors, design research, and work with marketing to create outputs (i.e., whitepapers, videos, interactive experiences)

    • Collaborate with various Adobe teams to bring these perspectives to our customers at scale through conferences, events, webinars, marketing campaigns, web, media, etc.

    Skills:

    • 8+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing (SaaS/Tech experience preferred), and/or Strategy Consulting experience.

    • Evident intellectual curiosity in recent trends in AI, content creation and production for enterprises and marketing purposes

    • Solid problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and research skills. Ability to gather and develop insights, aggregate and translate them into actionable, data-driven recommendations.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - can distill complex concepts into powerful, relevant, and easy to understand narratives.

    • Outstanding executive presence and presentation skills that can inspire and engage senior executives across settings

    • Proven track record of collaborating and influencing in a matrixed / cross-functional organization.

    • Broad knowledge of Adobe’s products for enterprise customers, and ecosystem across clouds is a plus.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred

    • Willingness and ability to travel (25%).

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $145,400 -- $261,150 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
