Job Description
The Sr. Manager of Retail Commercial (Merchandising) leads the in-market execution and integration of retail commercial strategies across assigned parks, stores, and destinations, translating global merchandising, planning, and retail guest experience strategies into actionable assortment, inventory, and assortment plans that drive revenue, margin, and guest satisfaction.
Reporting to the VP, Retail Commercial Strategy, this role owns area-level retail performance and serves as the primary link integrating the strategic direction into store execution. Partners cross-functionally across Merchandising, Planning, Retail Operations, Visual/Creative, and Store Design to ensure alignment of product, space, and storytelling to deliver a cohesive and high-performing retail experience.
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
