Position: Sr. Operations Representative

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)

Assignment Length: 2/24//2025 – 2/24/2026

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

Hourly Rate: $21.03 paid weekly.

Good attendance and punctuality are essential components of the position.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote upon completion of training.

Position Summary:

• The Investment Operations Team is responsible for TRACE reporting for eligible trades executed by the Investment Solutions Group (ISG).
• This opportunity is available within the Trading Services organization to support functions for Private Bank Investment Operations.
• The Investment Operations associate will be responsible for providing daily operational support of fixed income trading for Private Bank processes.
• The individual ensures the timely and accurate daily reporting requirements within defined timeframes.
• This includes monitoring of trades reporting as well researching and resolving any issues as they arrive that impact trade reporting.
• This role interacts regularly with traders and executing brokers.

Required Skills:

• ?Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Ability to escalate an item quickly if needed.
• Ability to be trained by a remote trainer via Webex (Meaning, ability to be trained by a person who isn't side by side in person.)

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
