Sr. Paralegal – Landlord/Tenant

Join our client—a mission-driven, client-centered law firm advocating for tenants and buyers in real estate and housing matters. They’re hiring an experienced Paralegal who can confidently support fast-paced litigation—owning case organization, managing deadlines, and keeping matters moving from initial filing through resolution.
Sr. Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file legal documents such as eviction notices, pleadings, motions, and rent demand letters
- Maintain case files, track deadlines, and support high-volume litigation workflows
- Communicate with clients, property managers, process servers, and court staff
- Conduct research on housing laws and local regulations
- Assist with hearing and trial preparation, including exhibits and case summaries
- Support rent collection efforts, including garnishments and levy documentation
Sr. Paralegal Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of litigation experience, including exposure to landlord-tenant or real estate matters.
- Strong understanding of eviction procedures and housing court processes; familiarity with real estate purchase and sale transactions is a plus.
- Solid practice management skills and ability to support attorneys across multiple active matters.
- Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved program preferred).
- Tech-savvy, with experience using e-filing systems, case management software (e.g., Clio), Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Compensation: $110K-130K/year
