Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • You’ll serve as an advisor and advocate for a portfolio of personal lines clients, ensuring each household receives proactive, exceptional service. • You’ll manage renewals, coverage changes, and retention with confidence while leveraging your product knowledge to identify gaps, improve protection, and deliver peace of mind. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Manage a book of personal lines business with attention and care • Proactively review renewals and negotiate with carriers to ensure competitive coverage/pricing and present options to insureds • Build long-term client relationships through consultative conversations and responsiveness • Assist clients with new policies, changes, and claims with empathy and urgency • Educate clients on coverage options and risk management strategies • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and rounding out accounts • Partner with team, agency leadership, and underwriters to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction • Stay current on carrier appetite, market trends, and technology tools Qualifications: What You Bring • 3+ years’ experience in an I ndependent Agency (IA channel), personal lines account management • Deep knowledge of major carriers, coverage forms, and rating practices • Active P&C license • Proficiency in AMS360 and Microsoft Office • Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through • Ability to manage renewals and retention strategies independently • A genuine care for people — you enjoy Championing Relationships and Getting It Done right Compensation: $70,000+ commensurate with experience
