Project Planner / Scheduler – Offshore EPCI

We’re seeking a skilled Project Planner/Scheduler with offshore project experience to lead planning and scheduling efforts across the full EPCI lifecycle. This role is critical in aligning execution strategy with timelines, ensuring forecasting accuracy, and driving project milestone awareness across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera (P6), aligned with EPCI execution strategies.

• Define planning systems, breakdown structures, and control procedures to track progress and mitigate risks.

• Monitor project status, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions or recovery plans.

• Support schedule approvals, change management, and time extension analysis.

• Provide planning feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve processes and execution models.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• 5+ years in project execution

• EPCI projects a MUST

• Proven experience with Primavera (P6)

• Strong understanding of productivity metrics, SPI/PI, and risk/change impacts on schedules.

• Fluent in English with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
