Our client is a top Fortune 500 specialty insurance company with locations nationwide! They are currently seeking a Senior Casualty Underwriter to work on a hybrid basis in either of the Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York City offices and manage their wholesale agency partners.

This role will focus on underwriting Excess & Surplus Casualty risks including CGL and write large Product Liability Accounts.

Responsibilities:
Underwrite new and renewal business throughout the specified territory
Analyze individual risks to determine acceptability of accounts
Adhere to established underwriting guidelines
Meet with agents to promote and cross-sell company products
Collaborate with other departments to ensure company growth and success

Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial casualty underwriting experience
Bachelor’s Degree and industry designations such as CPCU preferred
Ability to travel and come in to the office
