    The Opportunity

    As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will shape the positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for offerings thatleveragegenerative AI, machine learning, and automation to revolutionize enterprise creativity, productivity, and content supply chains.You’llpartner across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to define market opportunities,validateAI-driven product strategies, and accelerate adoption among global enterprise customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure Execution Excellence
      Remove barriers,validateopportunities, and deliver high-quality GTM plans and marketing assets with speed and precision.

    • Accelerate Growth & GTM for AI Solutions
      Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to launch AI capabilities, create sales enablement tailored to AI value propositions, and execute demand generation strategies that drive enterprise acquisition and expansion.

    • Champion Responsible AI Storytelling & Thought Leadership
      Develop compelling narratives that articulate the value and responsible innovation of Adobe’s AI solutions.

    Key Skills:

    • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, solution consulting, technical sales enablement, or related roles.

    • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; able to make technical details resonate with both business and IT stakeholders.

    • Experience collaborating with sales teams and directly supporting customer-facing engagements.

    • Familiarity with AI-driven SaaS products and their evaluation in enterprise contexts strongly preferred.

    • Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate requirements into impactful validation experiences.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,700 -- $219,750 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $151,800 - $219,750

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
