    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Tungsten Automation to serve as the subject-matter expert on the intelligent automation market, the buyer journey, and the challenges our customers and their key personas face. You will define our perspective on the market and our go-to-market strategy, position offerings effectively, and deliver compelling and differentiated messages in multiple formats across multiple channels so they resonate with customers and drive demand. You are a smart, creative marketer whose strong blend of strategic marketing expertise and technical knowledge enables you to be the voice and face of our offerings. You are a proactive, influential, strategic leader who drives cross-functional efforts to meet business objectives.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Business Leadership – manage solution areas with P&L ownership mentality. Take a proactive approach to driving business results through strategic marketing initiatives

    • Messaging and Positioning – differentiate your product/solution, create compelling customer value with clear, concise content that resonates with target personas

    • Thought Leadership – as a storyteller, describe in customer language value propositions and business outcomes across internal and external audiences

    • Collaboration – work with the global demand generation, field marketing, strategy, and broader teams to align on go-to-market execution

    • Evangelism – serve as the spokesperson for our offerings and evangelize internally and externally with customers, partners, analysts, and media

    • Competitive Intelligence – understand competition and market to build winning competitive positioning and strategies

    • Customer Advocate – understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, and reflect those in marketing programs and product direction

    • Collateral Creation – develop product and sales presentations, webinars, videos, blogs, etc.

    • Sales Enablement – support selling efforts with the latest tools, messaging, and assets that resonate with buyers and accelerate deal cycles

    • Program Management – juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, deliver results; understand data and analytics to inform decisions

    • Selling – your ideas and strategy

    • Utilize AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, content creation, competitive intelligence) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards

    • Create new programs and campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and nurture programs that drive pipeline and conversion

    • Drive day-to-day tactical execution and ensure deliverables and quality standards are met, proactively managing timelines and stakeholders

    • Develop user personas and segmentations to deliver messages to the right audiences

    • Proactively identify opportunities for program and process improvements

    • Build a consistent feedback loop for continuous improvement of pipeline generation, high conversion rates, and revenue acceleration

    • Assess and formulate strategy based on campaign performance

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • 7-10 or more years' experience in a senior product role or relevant experience

    • Enterprise software Product Marketing experience is required

    • BA/BS required, MBA preferred

    • Understanding of Intelligent Automation, business process automation, SaaS, machine learning and artificial intelligence

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

    • Strong presentation skills and confidence speaking before customers and large audiences

    • Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality

    • Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of the department

    The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $98,000 - $193,769. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    Degree issuing institution and or program must be accredited by an entity recognized by the U.S.

    Department of Education

    1. Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from a school in the United States or,

    2. Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from a foreign medical school that provided education and medical knowledge substantially equivalent to accredited schools in the United States as established by:

      1. The National Committee on Foreign Medical Education and Accreditation (NCFMEA) and
      2. permanent certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical
    3. Graduates (ECFMG).

    4. Minimum of one year experience as a licensed physician.

     

    REQUIRED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

    1. Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state in which the duty station is located. The license must be maintained in a permanent, full, and unrestricted status during the term of employment. Any changes to licensure must be reported to employer immediately.

    2. Current Board certification in an appropriate primary care specialty (internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine) by an American Board of Medical Specialists (ABMS) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved board

      • Candidates not board certified at the time of hiring must be presented to the IHSC Medical Director for concurrence.
    3. This position requires privileging by IHSC.

    4. Maintains BLS for Healthcare Providers® certification through the American Heart Association.

     

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    1. Expert knowledge of the clinical medicine and the current standards of practice.
    2. Ability and proficiency to serve as a clinical expert in the provision of technical assistance and consultation, and management of clinically oriented staff.
    3. Ability and proficiency to properly use equipment, materials and supplies in simple diagnostic and treatment procedures.
    4. Ability to provide input for congressional inquiries and to effectively communicate with
    5. Federal Agencies and other organizations as indicated.
    6. Mastery of managerial and administrative practices, to include expertise in routine management of ambulatory clinic functioning and responsibilities.
    7. High degree of independence, initiative, clinical judgment, and follow-through on a wide range of sensitive, complex, and clinical issues.
    8. Teaching experience acknowledging a level of expertise and capacity for developing and accessing clinical educational programs.
    9. Knowledge of issues confronting the healthcare delivery system, including specific problems and concerns of special population groups.
    10. Knowledge of program policies and guidelines, and operating procedures relating to healthcare delivery systems.
    11. Knowledge of organizations and responsibilities of all levels of government operations.
    12. Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
    13. Ability to utilize telephonic interpreter/translation services to complete assigned duties if not fluent in a language the patient understands.
    14. Ability to adapt to sudden changes in schedules and flexibility in work requirements.
    15. Ability to communicate proficiently in English (verbal and written) in order to develop positive rapport with patients, co-workers and other stakeholders.
    16. Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships in a multidisciplinary environment.
    17. Ability to navigate in an electronic work environment including electronic health records, web based training and communications.
    18. Knowledge of, and moderate proficiency in, common Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
    19. Knowledge of regulations (HIPAA/Privacy Act) regarding the confidentiality of patient medical records and information as well as Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

     

    ON-CALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. IHSC operates 24/7/365; this position is required to respond during an emergency activation.
    2. This full time position is required to be available telephonically and/or to report to the facility during non-core hours.

     

    SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

    1. The Department of Homeland Security’s Personnel Security Unit (PSU) must render a Preliminary Favorable Fitness Determination to be considered a qualified candidate.
    2. A Complete Favorable Fitness Determination must be rendered by PSU upon completion of initial and subsequent background investigations to meet the requirements of this position.

     

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    1. Required to walk unaided at a normal pace for up to 10 minutes and maintain balance.
    2. Required to respond to any medical emergency within 4 minutes, where a fast walk or jog may be necessary to provide assistance.
    3. Required to perform CPR/emergency care standing or kneeling.
    4. Must have the ability to assist sick, injured or aging detainees or staff exiting the building during an emergency (may require lifting, dragging, wheeling or carrying someone who weighs significantly more than self).
    5. Must be able to see, hear and smell with or without the use of aides if necessary (exceptions on a case by case basis).
    6. Must easily alternate between kneeling and standing.
    7. Must be able to lift, push, or carry 30 pounds.
    8. Must perform the duties in a stressful and often austere environment without physical limitations.
    9. Must be capable of standing on hard services (cement floors) for long periods of time.

     

    SUPERVISORY CONTROLS:

    This is a contract position and supervisory controls will be set forth by the Contractor. Technical oversight will be provided by the Government Technical Monitor (GTM).
