    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Senior Program Manager is an experienced project management professional who drives the execution of large, corporate-wide strategic initiatives that drive transformation throughout Tungsten Automation. This role encompasses leading complex, cross-functional programs with C-Level and Board visibility including product launches, technology projects, M&A integration, and Go-to-Market initiatives. Senior Program Managers directly impact organizational success through strategic program ownership, process implementation, and executive engagement that ensures alignment with corporate goals and transformation objectives.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Take ownership of program development, planning, and project execution for assigned segment of the Strategic Growth Programs portfolio
    • Follow project management best practices including Agile methodologies while balancing project, program, and business needs across diverse stakeholder groups
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive program milestones along with detailed project schedules where required for complex enterprise initiatives
    • Report program status including progress, productivity, risk, and quality metrics to executive leadership and Board-level audiences
    • Serve as primary mediator among project teams, their leadership, and C-Level executives while managing all program communication activities
    • Coordinate and manage strategic program meetings across global teams and diverse business functions
    • Provide oversight for multiple projects under the program umbrella, ensuring alignment with program goals and organizational objectives
    • Align with cross-functional project managers and provide transparency to project teams regarding program and enterprise context of their respective initiatives
    • Identify opportunities for synergy with other programs and lead Strategic Growth Programs and transformation initiatives including metric development
    • Contribute to strategic planning activities and ensure program alignment with organizational goals
    • Validate and verify that program deliverables meet Strategic Growth Programs quality standards and are fit for purpose in enterprise environments
    • Develop and communicate program-level quality metrics while optimizing performance across the program and project value c
    • Promote shared approaches and best practices while coaching and mentoring team members to ensure consistency across all programs
    • Lead change management initiatives across global teams and inspire new behaviors among stakeholders in fast-paced technology environments
    • Apply continual improvement best practices and business process re-engineering principles to optimize program delivery and organizational transformation

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred with minimum 7+ years of progressive program management experience
    • Strategic thinking capabilities with ability to align tactical execution with corporate transformation objectives
    • Proven experience in today's global technology industry with strong understanding of SaaS/software company operations
    • Exceptional communication and business acumen skills with ability to present to large audiences (100+ attendees) and executive-level stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to lead change across global teams and inspire new behaviors among diverse stakeholder groups
    • Comprehensive understanding of Business-to-Business and multi-tiered distribution environments including channel partners, distribution networks, and end customer selling processes
    • Proven ability to rapidly process information and execute effectively in fast-paced, dynamic technology environments
    • Business process re-engineering exposure with hands-on experience in organizational transformation initiatives preferred
    • Experience in Professional Services or consulting with external customers strongly valued
    • Strategy, Go-to-Market project/program experience including concept-to-market lifecycle management
    • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, MS Teams, Asana, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, and other business productivity tools
    • Experience in Order-to-Cash operations, IT environments, or direct interaction with Product teams
    • Knowledge of Product Management, Product Marketing, or Sirius Decisions Product Management framework (or similar methodologies such as Pragmatic Marketing)
    • Strong project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) preferred
    • Experience managing M&A integration projects and technology transformation initiatives
    • Understanding of enterprise software implementation and deployment processes
    • Track record of successful program delivery in the high-tech space
    • Experience with PMO process development and implementation across global organizations

    The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $108,040 - $164,761. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
