    Are you a Project Engineer ready to take on more ownership and responsibility? This is a rare opportunity to step into a Sr. Project Engineer role with a well-established, local General Contractor with $100M in annual revenue and a strong pipeline of multifamily, self-storage, and retail projects.

    As a Sr. PE, you’ll not only manage key components of major projects but also gain hands-on mentorship from some of the top Project Managers in the industry—giving you the experience and guidance to grow into a Project Manager role and beyond. This is a high-impact position offering both immediate responsibility and long-term career development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of major aspects of projects, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
    • Collaborate with Project Architects, Designers, Owners, and field teams.
    • Lead RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
    • Inspect and track project progress for compliance with plans, budget, and schedule.
    • Manage subcontractors and support buyouts.
    • Oversee quality control metrics and provide timely reporting.
    • Assist with punch list and closeout processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer.
    • Experience on multi-story projects such as multifamily, office, self-storage, or high-rise.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency with MS Project and Excel.

    Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000
