As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the following:
Project Performance: Manage key construction projects in the $5-$20M range to ensure their success.
Project Schedule: Manage to ensure flow and on-time completion.
Project QA/QC: Make sure it’s done right the first time.
Project Safety: Think Safety at all times.
Project Budget: Monitor budget to make sure targets are met.
Client Satisfaction: Create ‘Raving Fans’.
Team Performance & Employee Development: Help mentor, train and advance all team members.
Coordination with Other Departmental Teams: Assist, communicate and coordinate with others.
