Breaks projects into clear phases/work plans; forecasts staffing, deadlines, and scope changes with accuracy.
Manages project finances: budgets, hours, staffing plans, consultant fees, billing, and margin targets.
Acts as primary client contact—communicating risks, decisions, updates, and managing expectations confidently.
Leads coordination among all consultants (structural, MEP, civil, specialty) and manages scope drift.
Ensures rigorous QA/QC, code review, and document quality before any client or permit issuance.
Balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution in Revit, problem-solving, and detail checking.
Requires 8–15+ years in architectural project management, strong Revit experience, technical depth, and excellent communication.
Expected to deliver on time/on budget, strengthen client relationships, reduce rework, and uphold disciplined work planning.
