Job Description: Senior Project Manager
Position Summary The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful implementation and execution of Blueport’s technology solutions. This role oversees all phases of project delivery, including planning, estimating, scheduling, procurement, installation, and post-installation follow-up for both new deployments and system upgrades. The Senior Project Manager manages multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budget objectives are met. This position is not remote and you will be required to work in our Walpole, MA Facility.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting Blueport quality standards.
Plan and manage installation schedules, reporting, and follow-up activities.
Assign tasks to team members, track action items, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Coordinate communication among internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Support technical quality assurance and provide go-live assistance as part of implementation services.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve project performance, communication, and operational efficiency.
Participate in internal project management and status meetings.
Travel as required based on project timelines and audit requirements.
Assist with site surveys and on-site installations when needed.
Manage and supervise department employees.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of two (3) years of experience in a Senior Project Management role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Basic understanding of Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking.
Experience managing subcontractors and conducting budget analysis.
Construction experience required.
Background in IT and/or hospitality technology preferred.
Knowledge of BICSI standards is a plus.
Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar project management tools preferred.
