Title: Sr. IT Project Manager – Cybersecurity

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent cybersecurity initiatives focused on enhancing the organization’s identity, access, and threat management capabilities. This role will oversee the execution of three major projects: the migration of Managed SOC/MDR and SIEM services to ReliaQuest, the transition of Privileged Access Management (PAM) from Delinea to ThreatLocker, and the integration of SailPoint Identity Governance with Ivanti Neurons for automated access provisioning.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on project leader who can manage technical complexity, coordinate across infrastructure and application teams, and communicate effectively with business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-impact outcomes with minimal disruption to operations
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing complex IT or cybersecurity projects in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success leading projects involving security operations, identity governance, or endpoint security.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, API integrations, and IT infrastructure principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and vendor management skills.
- Experience managing projects with significant end-user impact and change management components.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with tools and platforms such as SailPoint, Ivanti Neurons, Delinea/Thycotic, ThreatLocker, ReliaQuest, Microsoft Sentinel, or Google SecOps is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver multiple concurrent cybersecurity projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget outcomes.
- Coordinate efforts across internal teams (infrastructure, security operations, identity governance, ITSM) and external partners (ReliaQuest, ThreatLocker, etc.).
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across diverse technical teams.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring alignment across IT, security, and business functions.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across infrastructure and SDLC-driven initiatives.
- Oversee testing, validation, and phased deployment to minimize end-user disruption, especially for business-critical systems.
- Support development of integrations and workflows between identity governance (IGA) and ITSM tools, ensuring alignment with SDLC best practices.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, cybersecurity policies, and organizational governance processes.
