Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee transformative IT projects.

We are looking for a candidate able to work onsite in Ventura, CA for 4 days in the week.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates with formal project management certifications

· Experience:

10+ years of progressive experience in project and/or program management, ideally with some contract or consulting roles.

A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Healthcare IT environments.

Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale, complex IT projects across diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and public health initiatives.

Technical Experience:

· Exceptional command of formal project management methodologies, encompassing planning, risk and issue management, financial oversight, change management, test management, and executive status reporting.

· Proficiency with at least one enterprise-level Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool such as ServiceNow, Clarity, Planview, or Smartsheets.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and seamlessly integrate with existing teams.

· Strong emotional intelligence and proven leadership abilities, capable of fostering collaborative environments with business leaders, clinical stakeholders, and IT teams while ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

· A proactive, self-starter mindset, comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision and taking full ownership of project outcomes.

· Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects within a hybrid project management framework, skillfully applying both Waterfall (SDLC) and Agile methodologies as appropriate to achieve optimal results.
