Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager specializing in Sheet Metal to join a stable, growing organization that blends established processes with a forward-thinking approach and strong leadership culture.
This role is responsible for leading construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring successful delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction. The position manages budgets, contracts, schedules, and cross-functional coordination while serving as a trusted representative to clients and partners. A strong emphasis is placed on team mentorship, operational excellence, and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion
Develop and control project budgets, schedules, contracts, and quality standards
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and design documents
Oversee day-to-day project execution, sequencing, and site activities
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and regulations
Approve contracts, change orders, and invoices
Represent the company with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders
Mentor and support project managers and project engineers
Prepare reports, documentation, and accurate time/equipment tracking
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of construction experience or 10+ years of related industry experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project controls
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of basic accounting and project cost management
Proficiency with standard office software tools
Ability to work in both office and active job-site environments
Valid driver’s license
