Wastewater Project Manager
Minnesota | Direct Hire | $109-160k

We are partnering with a nationally recognized general contractor looking to expand their presence in the water/wastewater sector. They deliver projects up to $15M (and larger complex scopes) with a reputation for quality, innovation, and safety. Wastewater PM Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, with emphasis on water/wastewater treatment and utility systems.
• Manage budgets, contracts, change orders, and cost controls.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain strong client, engineer, and trade partner relationships.
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards on every project.

Wastewater PM Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of project management experience with water/wastewater or heavy civil projects valued at $5M+.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar project software.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $109,000 – $179,000, based on experience.
