Precision Scans is seeking a healthcare recruiter to join our team.

Location: La Palma, CA

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in HRIS system
• Coordinate employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Collaborate with HR team to develop and update job descriptions and job postings
• Build and maintain relationships with nursing schools, professional organizations, and other recruitment sources
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in nurse recruitment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in healthcare or nursing industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
• Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong sales skills to effectively sell the organization to potential candidates
• Experience with contract negotiations and managing vendor relationships is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
