Job Description
We are seeking a creative, performance-oriented talent recruiter. This position is critical to supporting Universal Studios Hollywood’s current staffing needs and projected growth. The ideal candidate passionately sources talent from traditional and emerging platforms, actively maintaining, and utilizing a wide array of tools, tactics and networks. The primary focus of this position is to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen and recruit highly qualified candidates for professional positions with Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk.

Demonstrated success in executing a full-cycle professional / exempt-level recruiting function.
Prior experience in related entertainment, hospitality, or theme park industry.
Adept at sourcing passive candidates, utilizing LinkedIn and other social networks.
Strong business acumen, client support orientation, and influencing skills; able to establish credibility and rapport with all levels of leadership.
Technology “Power User” of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (SmartRecruiters) a plus.
Driven to successful outcomes, adaptive in times of change, and innovative in face of roadblocks.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Superior written and oral communication skills necessary for candidate interviewing and assessment, client correspondence, project documentation, and status reporting.
Knowledge of Affirmative Action, EEO, guidelines on employee selection and employee relations issues relative to the recruitment process.
Analytical – You’ve never met a data point didn’t like. You can tell a story with data and numbers with ease.
Creatively Curious – You like researching and trying new approaches that keep us ahead of the curve.
Resourceful – If you don’t have the answer, you figure it out. You’re comfortable navigating a complex environment to obtain info and seek buy-in.
Finally, you’re team-oriented and want to understand and drive the larger talent strategy.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
