    We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale civil infrastructure project. This role involves overseeing construction activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Serve as the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC), conducting site inspections, maintaining detailed records, and leading coordination and planning meetings

    Act as the primary liaison between contractors, designers, owners, and regulatory representatives throughout the duration of the project

    Monitor progress against budget and schedule while ensuring contract compliance and proper execution of scope

    Manage documentation, reporting, and construction quality in alignment with relevant standards and procedures

    Oversee safety practices, manage change orders, and provide support for issue resolution and field-level decision making

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

    At least 8 years of experience managing complex civil construction projects, including prior experience with dam or water control structure work

    Minimum of 4 years in a senior leadership role overseeing construction projects valued at $10 million or more

    Strong knowledge of scheduling tools, contract documents, field coordination, and cost management processes

    OSHA 30 certification required

    Previous experience with Dams required
