    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Leading and mentoring Bio Account Managers and Biopharma Market Application Specialists

    • Creating and executing sales strategies to drive revenue across the biologics portfolio

    • Using CRM and business intelligence tools to analyze market trends and optimize territory performance

    About You

    • Be able to do the job as described

    • Hold a BS, MS, or PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related science field

    • Deep understanding of the biologics/biopharma market and its strategic nuances

    • Experience with Waters product portfolio and value-driven selling

    • Comfortable using CRM tools for forecasting and territory planning
