What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and execute experiments optimizing cell culture processes for biologics

• Scale-up fed-batch and continuous perfusion systems to support manufacturing

• Drive technology scouting and implementation in bioprocess platforms

• Mentor junior scientists and lead client-facing project discussions

• Troubleshoot complex cell culture challenges supporting manufacturing teams

About You

• Be able to do the job as described

• Expertise in scaling perfusion and fed-batch bioprocesses with CHO/mAb production

• Skilled with high throughput bioreactors (Ambr15/Ambr250) and process optimization

• Proven track record in process scale-up/scale-down and advanced DoE methods

• Strong communicator with client-facing and team leadership experience
