What You’ll Be Doing
Design and execute experiments optimizing cell culture processes for biologics
Scale-up fed-batch and continuous perfusion systems to support manufacturing
Drive technology scouting and implementation in bioprocess platforms
Mentor junior scientists and lead client-facing project discussions
Troubleshoot complex cell culture challenges supporting manufacturing teams
About You
Be able to do the job as described
Expertise in scaling perfusion and fed-batch bioprocesses with CHO/mAb production
Skilled with high throughput bioreactors (Ambr15/Ambr250) and process optimization
Proven track record in process scale-up/scale-down and advanced DoE methods
Strong communicator with client-facing and team leadership experience
