We’re a high-growth tech company modernizing a large, legacy industry. This team owns the eCommerce ads platform that powers a significant share of company revenue. You’ll design and deliver secure, scalable services and polished advertiser and shopper experiences, with an emphasis on low latency, reliability, and measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with product and data partners to ship features that improve relevance, ROI, and user experience, while contributing to a culture that values pragmatic design, testing discipline, and well-run releases.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or 4–5 years of relevant software development experience
- 3+ years building high-performance, scalable applications in agile environments
- Hands-on experience with modern languages and web/service frameworks (e.g., Java, PHP, JavaScript/React, Python, GraphQL, SQL/MySQL)
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred) and strong DevOps fundamentals: CI/CD, containers, infrastructure as code, monitoring/observability
- Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Preferred experience
- Adtech or eCommerce product development, such as ad serving, campaign tools, targeting and ranking, attribution, and reporting
- Distributed systems design focused on reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance
- Data pipelines and event-driven architectures supporting real-time decisions and analytics
- Experimentation platforms (A/B testing), metrics instrumentation, and performance tuning
