Job Description
Drive the strategic development and execution of innovative medical education programs across a portfolio of aesthetics and regenerative medicine products. Serve as a critical partner to key opinion leaders and internal stakeholders, ensuring educational initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and brand strategy. Champion excellence in curriculum design, regulatory compliance, and program delivery to advance patient care and position Allergan Aesthetics as a leader in the field.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare or medical education, with expertise in project management and curriculum development.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and Plastic/Regenerative Medicine market trends.
Demonstrated adaptability, analytical acumen, and proficiency with business software tools.
Travel required: 5 – 10% (includes weekend travel)
