Job Description
The purpose of this job is to identify training needs and develop, implement, and assess the effectiveness of training solutions for the Pilot Sales team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in I/O psychology, human resources, adult education or related field required.
Minimum five years’ experience creating training content required.
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or other recognized industry training certification preferred.
Experience in sales and/or development of sales training required.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Familiarity with software for development of training and multi-media content preferred (e.g., video, desktop publishing, LMS, etc.).
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design.
Knowledge of teaching and instruction for individuals and groups.
Knowledge of assessment and measurement of training effects (e.g., Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels).
Knowledge of adult learning theory and methodologies required.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in applying critical thinking skills to assess and solve training needs.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team across various functions.
Ability to meet goals and objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Overnight travel required is up to 25%
General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
