ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sr. Visual Designer is responsible for the design and production of marketing and sales materials that adhere to our corporate brand standards while providing creative strategic insights within cross-functional project teams. The right candidate will be an individual contributor as well as an ambassador of the brand that can help establish best practices across the organization. We are looking for someone that is technical and knows which tool to use for each job and how to follow and create processes that allow them to work smarter. You should have a strong background in digital design: motion graphics and video knowledge is huge, HTML & web experience is helpful, PowerPoint is just a fact of life. Ultimately, we want someone that can create compelling stories around our technologies and brand, then extrapolate that vision consistently across various communication channels.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsible for the design and production of branded visual concepts and final materials for emails, website(s), trade shows/events, ebooks, publications, sales materials, presentations, videos, advertising, social media, and promotional materials.
Develop, document, and apply visual identity & company brand and standards.
Provide a strategic approach to designs that align with business goals and objectives.
Manage projects from start to completion and help coordinate creative projects with agencies and partners as required.
Work with global team members, management, and other departments to deliver against defined project SLAs and balanced workload sharing across the creative team.
Ability to work with fellow employees, partners, and agencies located all around the world; this includes working with translated content and adjusting creative according to regional demographics and target audiences. Having prior international collaboration experience is a big plus.
Accomplish individual development plans and objectives while continually learning new software/tools, project management techniques, and relationship-building skills.
Resolve operational challenges by identifying process improvements, new tools, and/or alternative workflows.
Utilize AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, documentation automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards.

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $85,000 - $126,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
