We're seeking a Sr. Project Manager with proven experience managing data center construction projects. This role requires a sharp technical mindset and deep understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination within fast-paced, highly regulated environments. If you are confident leading full-cycle builds with tools like Procore and Bluebeam, and have a strong grasp on project closeout and technical delivery, this is an exceptional opportunity to lead complex, high-value work.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ground-up and renovation data center projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and scope
Manage all phases of construction, including subcontractor coordination, permitting, procurement, and quality control
Oversee mission-critical subcontractors with a focus on systems integration, scheduling, and delivery milestones
Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Collaborate with internal teams and clients using Bluebeam to review and mark up technical drawings
Drive project schedules, mitigate delays, and ensure timely completion through detailed planning and communication
Maintain tight control over project budgets and forecasting, ensuring alignment with client objectives
Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, commissioning, turnover packages, and post-construction documentation
Qualifications:
7+ years of construction management experience, including direct experience in data center projects
Strong understanding of mission-critical systems and sequencing of electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and other project management and document control tools
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedule milestones, and construction budgets
Strong written and verbal communication skills with both field and executive stakeholders
Technical expertise in reviewing construction drawings, submittals, and system specs
Demonstrated experience with successful project turnover and closeout procedures
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
