I am seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company and Owners success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- keep the owner organized
- do whatever errands need to be done
- contacting brands for brand deals.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- the need to keep things organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
