    Job Description

    We are looking for a creative, people-loving, hard-working marketing professional.  This role will manage our marketing efforts from new customer acquisition to driving marketing tactics through our Fellows’ community.  Every day we will expect you to help us dream big and take care of the people who have committed to growing with Sseko.

    IN ADDITION TO THAT YOU WILL:

    • Manage and direct Content team to ensure that all content created is consistent with overall marketing strategy and goals

    • Manage overall Marketing Budget 

    • Oversee and give final approval on all content to ensure brand consistency and accuracy. 

    • Collaborate with the content team on production of photoshoots and catalogs to ensure they are supporting overall marketing goals.

    • Plan and manage Marketing Calendar

    • Plan and manage all marketing campaigns and promotions by managing and planning assets, communication and strategy

    • Manage promotion and incentive calendar for customers, Fellows and Hostesses

    • Set growth/acquisition strategy and manage execution for all social media channels to support customer, hostess and Fellows acquisition. 

    • Manage and strategize all collection launches including visual assets, site merchandising, printed assets, etc

    • Coordinate Impact Partner photo and video content

    • Plan and manage all Web content and user experience for launches and monthly web updates

    • Manage promotion of events and content during events

    • Drive content and collaboration decisions based on data, and make monthly recommendations to the team based on user experience data

    • Manage customer and Fellow nurturing email flows

    • Manage brand and partner collaborations, giveaways, and contests

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years marketing experience 

    • Direct Sales experience preferred but not required

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to take initiative, start and execute on your ideas

    • Detail oriented

    • Strong problem-solving skills

    • Ability to extend empathy

    • Proficient at all Google Suite products

    • Basic understanding of html preferred
