We are located 10 minutes from Hwy 270 and 15 minutes from Hwy 40. St. Andrew's Resources for Seniors System, in partnership with the Ursuline Sisters, sponsors St. Andrew's at Francis Place, a non - profit community, which offers a warm and homelike atmosphere where residents and their families are truly comfortable, safe, and happy. Nursing Supervisor is responsible for clinical oversight of all Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Medication Technicians to monitor staff's performance while appropriately taking care of the residents. Seeking a Nurse with skilled nursing/long term care nurse management experience. Must have a nursing degree from an accredited college Must have an active RN/LPN license. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment. Position Summary: The Nursing Supervisor will oversee the implementation of state-of-the-art clinical programs throughout the "continuum of care" in accordance with all laws, regulations, and organization standards. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and providing training and support for all certified nursing assistants, and certified medication technicians. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Works with the Administrative Leadership Team Work as a Nurse Supervisor to evaluate the quality of services provided. Providing clinical guidance to assist with care management and problem solving. Implement facility programs to ensure the resident quality of life is highly met. Reviewing policies and procedures in conjunction with the Director of Nursing Ensuring all staff is compliant with all state agencies and state regulations. Acts as a liaison between facility and family members/visitors Participates in the On-Call Schedule
