    Sales Manager Clearwater Florida We are looking for a faithful, able, and teachable leader who is willing to roll their sleeves up to build the impossible from the plans of the Architect. Like Joshua and Caleb, we are looking for someone who is more interested in the conquest of the promise than the cash. Help us build the first-turn key Concierge Rehab practice with a Biblical view. Responsibilities: • Study and understand the psychology of the hearing-impaired. • Co-write, test and perfect influential scripting for inside sales to benefit optimal patient outcome. • Spend the rest of your career here helping grow and encourage inside sales professionals to produce great patient outcomes. • Assist in determining what IT/VOIP/Software necessary to support success. • Continue the above to help us grow from a staff of 12 to 12 Tribes (divisions) • Help raise up the next generation of professionals to perpetuate the VISION • Build relationships with retirement communities • Help bring JOY to the job and to the patient Qualifications: • Developed professional sales skills • Authentic patient-first attitude • Love of discipling people into their best self • A thirst to build something bigger than self • Servant heart bringing refreshment to TEAM and patient • Coaching and teaching skills • Computer skills • Excellent communicator • Help patients say yes to themselves • Thirst and knowledge to find technology to support vision Compensation: $55,000 - $125,000 Based on Performance KPI
