PURPOSE OF POSITION:       

Production Manager, Service Provider shall hire and/or assign a single member of its staff be responsible for TPC’s daily fulfillment and purchasing operations. The Program Manager will be fully dedicated to TPC’s account and will spend 95% of time on TPC functions. Fulfillment Duties include but no limited to and generating new customer relations. In this role, will also work closely with Distribution Centers, FOB, sales manager, and Operations to manage inventory and coordinate new product releases.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:     

• Overseeing and directing floor fulfillment staff.
• Training and enforcing storage, fulfillment operations Working with TPC on-site manager and achieving quality and error rate expectations
• Purchasing duties include but are not limited to identifying and onboarding new produce vendors in collaboration with TPC to fit TPC’s product list
• Obtaining advance and seasonal produce pricing at the request of TPC
• Updating order quantities based on projections
• Ensuring on time product delivery to match weekly timeliness
• Communicating relevant quality and market conditions
• Yielding produce for size and count upon delivery
• Attending meetings and calls
• Meeting all deadlines as required by TPC.
• The Program Manager will make himself/herself available daily and will participate in all agreed upon meetings and calls
• Responsible for achieving all deadlines
• Program Manager will have access to internal TPC foods and is required to work within Google Sheets, email and other systems as provided by TPC

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:

• College Degree (in a related field) from an accredited institution, and/or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years prior sales experience in a similar role working with perishable products.
• Experience in Food Safety FSMA.
• Must possess HACCP Certification. 
• Well versed in Google Programs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, etc.).
• Strong product and transportation knowledge, including a good understanding of the fresh produce industry.     
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical and communication skills (i.e. oral and written).
• Flexibility to travel (Approximately 25%)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1-2 years of previous call center or data entry experience in a utilization or care management environment within managed care; Associates Degree or Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others
• Previous system user experience in a highly automated environment required with strong PC skills required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 and CPT coding preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
